Privacy Policy

JBSARA Co., Ltd. ("we") handles personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. The Korean version of this policy prevails if the two versions differ.

1. Purpose

We use the information you send through our enquiry form only to answer distribution, export, and private label (ODM) enquiries, and to send price lists and product documents. We do not use it for any other purpose.

2. Information we collect

  • Enquiry form: name, company, country, email, sales channel, message
  • Generated automatically: our hosting provider may log IP address, browser type, and access time for security purposes.

We do not collect information from children under 14.

3. Retention

We keep enquiry information for one year from the date we receive it, then delete it without delay. If a business relationship begins, related records may be kept for the periods required by law.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.

When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete the information without delay. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and printed copies are shredded.

8. Security

We limit access to personal information to the fewest people necessary and protect the account that stores enquiries with a password and access controls. The website and enquiry form are sent only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

9. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use cookies or visitor analytics. It saves only your language choice (English or Korean) in your browser, and this is not sent to us. Fonts are loaded from external servers (Adobe Fonts, jsDelivr), which may receive your IP address.
